- Infrared saunas have zippers that need to be closed all the way to your neck. Also close the Velcro strap
around it.
- To activate controls of infrared saunas, press the power button to activate the LED digital display shown
in the display window.
- The timer of infrared saunas should be set to 10, 20 or 30 minutes depending on the need. The timer will
turn on the heater and the FIR at the same time.
- The FOOT button turns on the heating element. If foot pad of infrared saunas seem too hot, move feet to the
sides or press the foot button again to turn it off.
- When you begin to sweat, you should turn the power and cool down.
