Residential Saunas

Taking saunas and steam baths are no longer restricted to visits to health clubs where you have to depend on the availability, time and convenience. Now residential saunas let you avail the facility at your home. Get used to residential saunas, anytime, any season and at lesser costs. Residential saunas also let you customize your sauna experience. Basically there are only two types of residential saunas. They are WET residential saunas and DRY residential saunas.

WET residential saunas

Wet residential saunas allow the user to benefit from steam baths, which are better known as steam showers. These showers are healthy and lead to increased blood circulation and better metabolism of the body. And of course, residential saunas are relaxing offering relief from mental and physical stress.

Setting up residential saunas is also easy. All you have to do is install an electrically operated and controlled steam generator in an attic or at some other convenient place in your home and restructure your bathroom. And when you do this, using residential saunas will be easy. Residential saunas need connections that are similar to a Hot Water Heater with 240 V electricity and a cold water supply to the unit. A steam line to the bathroom where residential saunas are placed and a glass steam enclosure completes the job. The controller has a soft touch and allows the user to control and monitor the temperature of the steam that comes out of residential saunas.

DRY residential saunas

Dry residential saunas have also gained in popularity tremendously in the recent years. Dry residential saunas use infrared heat to offer the same benefits to the user. In Dry residential saunas, FIR or Far Infra Red heat waves are directed to the body through ceramic heating emitters. These emitters are fitted in a cubicle that is constructed in the bathroom and are enclosed in a stainless steel sheath. This protects the emitters from external corrosive elements.  Dry residential saunas generate heat at the more pleasant temperature of 100–105 degree F.

Dry residential saunas have positive impacts on the body as well, particularly in weight loss, eczema, psoriasis and yeast infection. Dry residential saunas can also eradicate the harmful toxins of the human body that do so much harm.

These FIR residential saunas are ready-to-assemble as well. Just plug into a normal wall socket and wait for ten minutes for the device to warm up. And then sit comfortably at residential saunas for sometime till the sweat begins to come out. Residential saunas starts off the internal cleansing process – the sweat comes out and the harmful toxins are removed from the body.
